Step 4 - Make Your Offer

Found a home you love? Learn what goes into a strong offer and how each term can help you stand out while protecting your interests.

Step 5 - Due Diligence

Your offer was accepted, now it’s time to make sure you’re comfortable moving forward. Use your option period to inspect the home, review important property information, verify your numbers, and get answers to any remaining questions.

Step 6 - Get Your Keys

You’re almost home! Review what happens in the final days before closing, what you’ll need to bring, and what to expect before those keys are officially yours.
